Present at the Meeting:
Pat Casey, Bob Griffin, and Jim Owens
Topics Discussed:
- Reviewed meeting minutes from June 18th
- Service Department needed for:
- Horncastle entrance
- Trail clean-up and re-gravel
- Cattails
- Pat volunteered to contact Matheson Nursery for wildflower meadow improvements.
- Stiney, Bob, and the Mayor had preliminary meeting regarding the old building. Plan is to follow up with onsite inspection.
- October 24th picked for Volunteer autumn work date.
- Committee considering black top for wildflower meadow trail possibly next year.
Action Items:
- Service Department needed for: Horncastle entrance, trail tree debris and stumps, trail re-gravel, and cattails.
- Wildflower meadow review with Dan Matheson.
- On site inspection of the old building.
- Plan Volunteer workday for October 24th.
